Mauldin Theatre Company celebrates a decade on stage with “The Tenth Act” season preview
October 5, 2026
For the past ten years, the Mauldin Theatre Company has transformed downtown Mauldin into a thriving hub for performing arts, community productions, and youth creative development. On Thursday, Oct. 22, the theatre invites area business leaders, patrons, and arts advocates behind the curtain for a special anniversary edition of the Greater Mauldin Chamber’s Business After Hours.
Hosted from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Mauldin Theatre Lobby at the Mauldin Cultural Center, the evening honors a decade of live stage productions while offering an exclusive first look at the 2026–27 season lineup, appropriately titled The Tenth Act.
Attendees will enjoy an evening of culture and connection, featuring artisanal charcuterie boards, refreshments, and casual networking with fellow Upstate professionals, chamber members, and local civic supporters. The highlight of the night will be a presentation by Mauldin Theatre Company leadership, who will share insights into the company’s evolution over the past decade and reveal the upcoming productions, creative concepts, and talent slated for the new milestone season.
Since launching its first production, the company has grown from a fledgling local arts initiative into an award-winning community staple, staging full-scale Broadway-style musicals, contemporary plays, youth theatre camps, and original showcases that draw audiences from across the Golden Strip and greater Greenville County.
The Business After Hours setting offers local entrepreneurs and business owners an opportunity to explore creative corporate sponsorships, season ticket packages, and community partnership opportunities that keep regional arts thriving.
Admission is open to both Chamber members and community guests, but advance registration is requested to assist with catering preparations.
