New President poised to lead into a new era of growth

The West Ashley James Island Business Association (WAJIBA) is excited to announce its upcoming luncheon featuring William Cogswell, the new Mayor of the City of Charleston. The event will be held on Wednesday, March 27 at 11:30 a.m. at Bessinger’s BBQ on Savannah Highway.

This luncheon provides a unique opportunity for West Ashley and James Island businesses to connect directly with Mayor William Cogswell. The Mayor will discuss his vision for the future of Charleston, focusing on key issues impacting local businesses, such as economic development, infrastructure, and regulations. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to ask questions and engage in a dialogue with the Mayor.
