McDonnell and Associates, PA, adds additional fields of practice

McDonnell and Associates, PA, announced its additional coverage in Family Law. Attorney, Stephanie Weissenstein, brings nearly 12 years of experience in private practice with her to the firm.
Weissenstein’s primary practice areas are professional licensing defense and ethics, family law, appellate litigation and real estate law.
“When clients come see me, they are usually experiencing great difficulty,” said Weissenstein. “It is my responsibility to ensure that the client feels included throughout the entire process and that I navigate us with the upmost civility.”
In addition to practicing law, Weissenstein is a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars given through the South Carolina Bar. She has also guest lectured at the South Carolina School of Law in the Advanced Legal Profession seminar.
Weissenstein is a licensed attorney in the state of South Carolina, as well as the United States District Court for South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit. She holds active memberships with the South Carolina Association of Ethics Counsel, Lexington County Bar Association, South Carolina Women Lawyer’s Association and the South Carolina Bar where she serves on both the Ethics Advisory Committee and Professional Responsibility Committee.
Furthermore, she is licensed by the South Carolina Department of Labor, the Regulation Real Estate Commission as a Broker and a certified instructor for real estate licensing and continuing education courses.
