Fickling Tackles Second State Bar Exam in Less Than a Year

COLUMBIA,SC – McKay, Cauthen, Settana & Stubley, P.A. attorney, James E. L.“Eddie” Fickling, has passed the North Carolina Bar Exam. He practicesin the areas of workers’ compensation defense, civil litigation,subrogation, and workers’ compensation appeals.

Mr. Fickling, agraduate of The Citadel and member of The Citadel football team from2004 – 2006, is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the CitadelAlumni Association. In February, Eddie was also selected to serve on theSafety, Health and Security Committee for the South Carolina Chamber ofCommerce. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for the Labor,Commerce, and Industry Committee of the South Carolina House ofRepresentatives as well as for The McKay Firm. He was also an intern forthe Honorable John M. Spratt, Jr., in the United States House ofRepresentatives.
