McKay Partner, Kelli Sullivan, Named Chairwoman of the SC Bar Ethics Advisory Committee

COLUMBIA, SC – McKay, Cauthen, Settana & Stubley, P.A. is proud to announce that Partner, Kelli Sullivan, has been asked to Chair the South Carolina Bar Ethics Advisory Committee. Sullivan has been a member of the committee for 10 years.

As Chair of the Committee, Sullivan will lead a group tasked with answering inquiries anonymously from members of the South Carolina Bar Association with ethical dilemmas. The Committee meets monthly and issues opinions which are posted on the Bar’s website along with FAQs answering commonly asked ethical questions.

Sullivan is a Greenville native who practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense and civil litigation. She is a certified mediator and utilizes her prior experience as both a plaintiff and defense attorney to assist clients in mediating disputes. Sullivan was named to the 2013 Midlands Legal Elite in the field of insurance law.
