McNair Appoints New Shareholders and Special Counsel to the Firm

CHARLESTON, SC – August 27, 2012 –  McNair Law Firm announced that two attorneys have been elected to Shareholder and one hasbeen appointed to Special Counsel to the Firm in its Columbia,Charleston, and Myrtle Beach offices.

Special Counsel:

Cody Lenhardt (Charleston) focuses his practice on  administrative, regulatory, environmental, and land use law.  Codyreceived his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in2002, his M.S. from the University of Charleston in 1999 and his B.S.from Clemson University in 1996.

Shareholders:

Dan Butler
(Myrtle Beach) focuses his practice in the areas ofcorporate law and securities, litigation, real estate, probateadministration and estate planning. Dan received his Tax LL.M. from theUniversity of Alabama School of Law in 2010, his J.D. from Wake ForestUniversity School of Law in 2004 and his B.S., magna cum laude, fromFurman University in 2001.

Michael Weaver (Columbia) practices in the BusinessSection and assists clients with bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring,debt collection, and creditors’ rights issues.  Michael received hisJ.D., cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2004 and hisB.S. from the University of North Carolina in 2000.
