McNair bolsters real estate practice with Jennifer Flanagin

CHARLESTON, SC – McNair Law Firm announced the addition of associate Jennifer Flanagin to the firm’s Charleston office. Jennifer’s practice focuses on real estate.
For nearly six years, Jennifer has advised clients in various aspects of real estate transactions, both commercial and residential. She regularly assists buyers and sellers in the review, preparation and negotiation of real estate contracts and related legal documentation, handling multiple settlements on a daily basis.

A Charleston native, Jennifer returns to the Lowcountry after building a strong real estate practice in Virginia, where she served as an active member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and taught real estate classes to brokers, agents and loan officers. She earned her undergraduate degree from Davidson College and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
