McNair expands tax practice with Chuck Verdin

McNair Law Firm announced the addition of shareholder Charles Verdin to the firm’s Greenville office. Chuck’s practice focuses on tax, estate planning and corporate law.

Chuck is a seasoned tax attorney and certified specialist in both taxation law and estate planning and probate law. Chuck leverages his experience as a certified public accountant to advise clients in the areas of complex income, estate and gift tax planning, asset protection planning and trust and estate administration. He also represents businesses and individuals in federal, state and local tax controversy matters. Chuck counsels clients in various aspects of business planning, including the use of limited liability companies, franchising of businesses, limited partnerships and corporations.

Chuck is actively involved in a number of professional organizations, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the South Carolina Bar’s Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Section Council. He earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
