McNair selects Michael Weaver to lead Columbia office

McNair Law Firm announced that Michael Weaver has been selected to lead the firm’s Columbia office.

Michael is a shareholder with more than 12 years of experience representing financially distressed companies as well as creditors, trustees and committees in bankruptcy, insolvency, and litigation matters. He is actively involved in both professional and civic organizations, serving in leadership roles for the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association and the United Way of the Midlands. He has been named in The Best Lawyers in America© as well as Columbia Business Monthly’s “Legal Elite of the Midlands,” and is recognized as a “Rising Star” by South Carolina Super Lawyers®. He is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Columbia and a member of the 2017 Leadership South Carolina class.
