McNair welcomes LaTesha Blair as Director of IT

McNair announced LaTesha Blair as its Director of Information Technology. LaTesha rejoins the firm after having previously worked as the firm’s Technical Services Manager from 2006 to 2012, and most recently from Lexington Medical Center, where she was the hospital’s IS Support Services Manager.
LaTesha has experience in policy and procedure development and management, wide-scale hardware and software deployments, budget management, working directly with Tier 1 vendors, overseeing management systems, hiring, training, and much more. Her knowledge and understanding of technology, procedures, people, and the needs of professional service firms provide her with the ability to oversee McNair’s Information Technology and in turn, provide its clients with continued, outstanding service.

LaTesha earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.
