Megan Lawson joins Colliers | South Carolina as Market Analyst

Colliers | South Carolina has announced that Megan Lawson has joined its team as a Market Analyst in the Columbia office. Lawson will focus on South Carolina market data and research initiatives for Colliers’ offices in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville-Spartanburg.
Lawson’s responsibilities as Market Analyst include the collection and interpretation of commercial real estate market data, market trends and overall market health, as well as reporting key research insights to Colliers’ commercial real estate brokerage teams to help clients make well-informed decisions.

Prior to joining Colliers, Lawson attended Clemson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and was involved in Women in Economics, the Pam Hendrix Center for Study Abroad and the Gantt Center. She also participated in a business exchange program in the Netherlands and completed an internship in property tax consulting.
