Megan Moody named Corporate Counsel at Carolina One Real Estate Services

Company President Michael Scarafile has just announced that Megan Caroline Moody will become the new Corporate Counsel at Carolina One Real Estate Services. In her new position, Ms. Moody will serve as a legal resource for Carolina One clients and sales associates in the areas of real estate law and contracts. Ms. Moody will also work closely with office managers and real estate associates to provide added education and training as well as overseeing and identifying any potential compliance or other legal issues.
A proud native of Charleston and a product of local schools, Ms. Moody graduated with honors from Clemson University with a BA degree in Political Science and Philosophy. Following her graduation from Clemson, Ms. Moody received her JD degree and graduated cum laude from the Charleston School of Law.
Prior to signing on as Corporate Counsel with Carolina One Real Estate, Ms. Moody was employed by Yarborough Applegate, LLC, a catastrophic personal injury law firm. Ms. Moody has also worked in the Accounting Department at Carolina One since 2006.
