Michael Mansson Joins Ziff Properties

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced Michael Mansson as its new Construction Manager. Mansson will oversee development and construction for Ziff Properties’ elaborate retail portfolio. With a Bachelors Degree in Communication from Plymouth State University, Mansson earned property development experience with James Doran Company/Humanities Foundation, Summit Development Partners and Alliant Capital. Mansson’s professional designations include LEED and AP certifications as well as a “40 Under 40” recipient in national publication, Building Design + Construction.
