CHARLESTON, SC – March 1, 2011 – Michael Moseley, a Realtor with Prudential Southern Coast Real Estate, has been awarded the Real Estate Owned Specialist (REOS) by the American Real Estate University.
Realtors who complete this course have the ability to perform Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s) and manage real estate owned properties (REO’s). Fewer than 40 Realtors locally have earned this designation.
