Microenterprise Development workshop in Allendale, SC

COLUMBIA, SC – The South Carolina Commission for Minority Affairs, in partnership with USDA-Rural Business Development Office of South Carolina, and Allendale Alive is hosting a Microenterprise Development workshop on Tuesday August 18, 2015 from 6 pm- 9 pm, at the James Brandt Auditorium, located at 398 Barnwell Hwy., Allendale, SC 29810. The workshop is designed to encourage business development in Allendale and surrounding areas.
The workshop will share information about services available through a USDA Rural Business Grant that provides business technical assistance, education and training, and overall business development for individuals interested in starting a business or growing an existing business. The program will include presentation topics such as:
- Business startup, planning and financing
- Government Contracting
- Marketing
- AgriBusiness (Business Opportunities and Resources for Farmers/Ranchers)
- And more
