Midlands Technical College offers opportunity for former ITT Tech students

September 21, 2016

Midlands Technical College is inviting former ITT Tech students to an information session to learn about MTC’s 120+ academic and career programs, see what financial aid options might be available, and apply to the college for free.

The event is this Thursday, September 22, from 6-8 pm at the MTC Airport Campus Academic Center, Room 143.

Following a series of federal sanctions, ITT Tech recently shut down forcing hundreds of the for-profit college’s students in the Midlands to find other options. MTC has set up this special event to provide the best-possible scenario for ITT students who wish to continue their education.  During the event, MTC is streamlining the admissions process and waiving the $35 application fee. Plus, MTC will have advisors standing by to assess the individual academic needs of each attendee.

Whether goals are to transfer to a four-year university or take courses that lead to a great career, MTC offers former ITT students a high-quality, affordable, and accredited education. With six campuses, day and night classes, and online learning, MTC offers flexibility for the working adult student.

Midlands Technical College is still enrolling new students now for its Fall II Semester.  Spring registration begins October 19.
