Mike Benedetti joins Colliers International as Director of Real Estate Management Services in Charleston

Colliers International | South Carolina announces that Mike Benedetti has joined the company as the Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in the Charleston market.
Benedetti is responsible for the delivery of property management services to the company’s Charleston portfolio and participating with other Colliers professionals to execute tactical strategies for Colliers’ statewide REMS platform. Additionally, he manages several key properties and works collaboratively with the Colliers brokerage team in Charleston to source and win additional REMS business.

He has held various commercial real estate project management and brokerage roles with Marcus & Millichap, CBRE and MB Real Estate in New York City before transitioning to portfolio management for a private owner in Manhattan.
Benedetti holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation and has been an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and CoreNet Global.
