Miller-Valentine Announces 38,000-Square-Foot, Class-A Medical-Office Condominiums Near Downtown Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC – October 19, 2007 – Miller-Valentine plans to construct a 38,000-square-foot, Class-A, medical-office condominium in Park Central.
Park Central, on Sunset Drive near Highway 277, is a master-planned, professional medical park strategically located near the Palmetto Health Richland Campus, the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and Columbia’s Central Business District (CBD). Miller-Valentine will serve as lead developer on the 38,000-square-foot professional office condominium building. The condominiums, offering Class-A medical and office space for sale or lease, range from 2,000 to 38,000 square feet.
NAI Avant, the Park’s land developer, will be a participating partner and exclusive marketing agent. A “ribbon cutting” event celebrating the “grand opening” of Park Central and Columbia Nephrology’s 32,000-square-foot medical-office building will be held on October 30th.
