MindPath Care Centers acquires Greenville Psychiatric Associates

MindPath Care Centers, Carolina’s largest outpatient mental and behavioral healthcare provider, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Greenville Psychiatric Associates (GPA) of Greenville, North Carolina. The organizations will merge their practices and continue under the MindPath Care Centers name. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in the early 1970’s, GPA is a locally-owned and operated private practice that offers a variety of outpatient treatments for mental health and substance use disorders. The practice consists of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists who have a well-rounded, evidence-based treatment approach when helping clients with mental health and substance challenges. There are many services to choose from including couples therapy, child & teen therapy, individual therapy, substance abuse services and medication management to meet the needs of the individuals served.
