Mitsubishi Motors opens dealership in Goose Creek

NAI Charleston announces the sale of 208 S. Goose Creek Boulevard to Goose Creek Mitsubishi. The ±5,400 SF property consists of a showroom, office space, parts room, and four bays in the rear. The new ownership was able to utilize the existing improvements and open shortly after closing.

Dexter Rumsey and Welles Worthen of NAI Charleston represented the seller of the property, NWB Properties, LLC, and Harry Bell of Bellcore Commercial represented the buyer. The property sold for $2,115,000.

“We knew that when Hoover Mitsubishi went out of business there would be a void, and with little other turn-key dealership inventory paired with the booming automotive market, we turned to Mitsubishi corporate to put in a preferred dealer on the listing,” said Worthen. “At a site central to the Charleston MSA with nearly 55,000 vehicles passing per day, Goose Creek Mitsubishi should do very well.”
