MATTHEWS, NC – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced that MOD Pizza and Metro Diner have signed new leases at it’s Matthews Festival shopping center located in Matthews, NC (Charlotte MSA) along E. Independence Boulevard. The 127,817-square-foot retail center was acquired by Ziff Properties in August 2015 and is currently undergoing extensive redevelopment and façade renovations.
