Mom and Pop Alliance of South Carolina to Host 2024 Member Appreciation Dinner

October 14, 2024

The Mom and Pop Alliance of South Carolina is delighted to announce its 2024 Member Appreciation Dinner, celebrating the vital contributions of small businesses to the state’s economy. The event is scheduled for Monday, October 28, 2024, at the elegant Hotel Hartness in Greenville. Attendees can look forward to a gourmet dinner, fine wine, delectable desserts, and an engaging program hosted by esteemed radio personality Joey Hudson.

Small business owners and supporters are encouraged to secure their tickets for this special evening, which offers a unique opportunity to network, stay informed about the latest advocacy efforts, and discover ways to bolster family-owned enterprises in South Carolina.

Diane Hardy, founder and executive director of the Mom and Pop Alliance, emphasized the significance of this gathering: “We established the Mom and Pop Alliance because family-owned and small businesses are the backbone of South Carolina’s economy. Yet, their voices are often underrepresented in governmental policy. Our goal is to advocate on their behalf and ensure their needs are heard and addressed at the state level.”

According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, small businesses account for 99.9% of all U.S. businesses. In South Carolina, more than 400,000 small businesses employ over 800,000 individuals, underscoring their critical role in the state’s economic health and local communities.

In addition to individual tickets, various sponsorship opportunities are available for those looking to further support South Carolina’s small businesses. Sponsorship packages range from Platinum at $10,000 to Bronze at $1,000, each offering unique benefits.

Tickets for the event can be purchased here, and additional information on sponsorship opportunities is available on the Mom and Pop Alliance of SC website. For direct inquiries, please reach out to the organization at [email protected].

Join the Mom and Pop Alliance at this year’s dinner to help empower small businesses and ensure their continued success across the state.
