Monica Main joins Bluestein Attorneys

November 9, 2020

Attorney Monica Main has joined Bluestein Thompson Sullivan, LLC.

She will practice in the area of Veterans Disability.

Monica received her Juris Doctor degree earlier this year from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Mock Trial Bar and the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Monica served as a peer mentor, and belonged to the student division of the SC Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania in 2017.

Monica began clerking for Bluestein Attorneys in May 2019, working with our Veterans Disability team. While clerking for the firm, she also served as an extern with Judge Robert E. Hood, where she observed various types of court proceedings and assisted with law clerk duties. Before working at Bluestein Attorneys, she clerked in the Richland County Public Defender’s Office.

“We’ve had ample opportunity to appreciate Monica’s dedication to our mission here,” said founding partner Margaret “Marti” Miles Bluestein. “We know she will be an even greater asset in the future to the veterans she will represent.”
