Moody Joins First Federal Business Banking Team

CHARLESTON, SC – May 14, 2012 – Brantley Moody has joined First Federal as a senior vice president on the Business Banking team.
Well known in the lowcountry banking community for more than 20 years,Moody was most recently with Bank of America. At First Federal, he leadsthe business banking teams in Charleston, Berkeley, Beaufort andDorchester counties as well as Greenville County, the bank’s newestmarket.
In addition to his professional role, Moody has an extensive historyof community service through leadership and volunteerism. His rolesinclude the board of directors, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce;and volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, Crisis Ministries andTrident United Way. In addition, he has served in leadership roles withThe Education Foundation, Junior Achievement of Coastal SC and theUnited Methodist Relief Center.
Moody is a graduate of The Darla Moore School of Business at TheUniversity of South Carolina and South Carolina Banker’s School. Heearned his MBA from The Citadel.
Moody also maintains an active real estate Broker’s license in South Carolina.
