Morris Ellison Leads Seminar in Tel Aviv on Israeli Investment in U.S.; Featured in Israel-America Chamber of Commerce Newsletter

CHARLESTON, SC – August 21, 2013 – Womble Carlyle attorney Morris Ellison, recently led a seminar in Tel Aviv for the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce on Tools for the Real Estate Investor in the U.S.

During the seminar, Ellison analyzed issues of importance to Israeli investors in U.S. commercial real estate. The seminar addressed issues such component analysis, business enterprise value and go dark value concerning real estate transactions, lending and taxes in the U.S.

  A member of the steering committee of the South Carolina-Israel Collaboration, Ellison also serves the board of the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce, Southeast Region which was established in 1992 as a private, not-for profit (and non-governmental) business organization to boost the Israeli and Southeastern economies by helping their companies develop business relationships with each other and explore new market opportunities. The Israel-America Chamber of Commerce is headquartered in Atlanta and serves companies from Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi and Israel.
