Now a partner with the firm, Beaton embarked on her professional journey in the realm of commercial and general litigation, laying the groundwork for her comprehensive understanding of transportation and trucking law. She has accumulated substantial trial and mediation experience in both state and federal courts. Her key strengths lie in her meticulous evaluation of liability, the crafting of effective trial and settlement strategies, and her adeptness in client communication. Beaton’s track record boasts a consistent demonstration of her ability to collaborate seamlessly with co-defendants and opposing counsel, all aimed at securing optimal outcomes for her clients, both during litigation and trial.
Having earned her degree from Georgetown University in 2012 and subsequently graduating from Emory University School of Law in 2015, Beaton brings a well-rounded and top-tier education to her practice. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
