Multiple listing Service of Hilton Head Island names Dennis Elliott Compliance and Internet Data Exchange Services Coordinator

Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island (HHIMLS) promoted Dennis Elliott to Compliance and Internet Data Exchange (IDX) Services Coordinator. In this position, Elliott regulates real estate transaction standards (RETS), data feed compliance, membership and vendor audits.
He’s been with the organization since 2006. Prior to receiving this promotion, Elliott was a Member Services Associate and handled all HHIMLS technology-based products, maintained relationships with MLS members, and assisted new members as well as additional responsibilities. Before joining HHIMLS, Elliott worked with Marketlinx, now Corelogic, as a Technical Support Supervisor. Because Marketlinx provided HHIMLS with the MLS system, Elliott was able to easily transition into his new role at HHIMLS.
“Dennis has expertise in regulating systems and data to ensure HHIMLS runs smoothly and efficiently,” said Colette Stevenson, chief executive officer of HHIMLS. “His wide-range experience makes him the ideal candidate for this position at HHIMLS. He is a retired Navy Officer, and his military background reflects well in his disciplined and impressive work ethic.”
Elliott is originally from Alabama and has Associate Degree in Occupational Science in Information Technology.
