Municipal Run-off Election

The Municipal Election Commission of the City of Columbia announces a run-off election for the City Council At-Large seat to be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
The following candidates shall be included in this election for terms ending on December 31, 2023:
- Howard Duvall
- Sara Middleton
Absentee voting is underway at the Richland County Elections and Voter Registration Office, 2020 Hampton Street between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. through Monday, November 18, 2019. For questions regarding absentee voting, please call (803)576-2240, option 2.
