Murrells Inlet 2020 announces annual Fall Haul Community Clean Up on September 19

Murrells Inlet 2020 will host its annual Fall Haul Community Clean Up on Saturday, September 19, in conjunction with World Cleanup Day.
This cleanup event will begin at 9 am and last until 11 am. Volunteers are invited to meet in the Murrells Inlet 2020 parking lot – 4124 Highway 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 (same building as Uncle Tito’s). 
All cleanup supplies will be provided. Just bring a reusable water bottle to help us in our effort to cut down on single-use plastics at our events.

The vision of Murrells Inlet 2020 is to make Murrells Inlet a great place to live, work and visit through a combination of environmental awareness, infrastructure improvements, economic development, and community involvement. Its mission is to promote the conservation of our natural environment while fostering local community and commerce.
Murrells Inlet 2020 is a non-profit organization formed in 1997 for the betterment of our community. It operates through a variety of funds, including private and corporate donations, community fundraising events such as the Annual Race for the Inlet, Oyster Roast, Holiday Tour of Homes, MI Christmas Parade, sale of memorial plaques, grant and foundation awards, and specific project funds which flow through county governments.
