NAI Avant Adds Hospitality Division in Collaboration with Encore Lodging

CHARLESTON, SC – NAI Avant is growing again. We are very pleased to announce the addition of a hospitality division to the current array of services offered by the NAI Avant team.
The hospitality sector of the real estate market has been exceptionally aggressive over the past few years. Transactions on both the buying and selling sides have demonstrated great value. In further service to our clients, we have embraced the opportunity to expand into this service area with the recent association with Encore Lodging of Charleston, South Carolina. Encore has a well-earned reputation for developing leading hotel assets in multiple market environments while providing significant value to its investors.
Mr. David Swentor, a principal with Encore Lodging, has been involved in all areas of the hospitality industry for over a decade. His responsibilities of site discovery and valuation will greatly assist our clients with proper positioning of properties for sale or development. Mr. David Tart, also a principal with Encore, will bring his experience of asset valuation for transacting hospitality assets in exit positions, as well as determining valuations for new site developments and existing hotels.
