NAI Avant Announces State Wide Top Producers And President’s Award Recipient For 2014

COLUMBIA & CHARLESTON, SC – NAI Avant recently held its 2014 Awards Banquet to recognize the outstanding achievements of its top brokerage producers in the Columbia and Charleston markets.

Ben Kelly, CCIM, was awarded Top Overall Producer and Dail Longaker was awarded Top Individual Producer for the Columbia market.  Dexter Rumsey was awarded the Top Overall Producer for the Charleston market. Top Leasing Agent in the Columbia office was awarded to Paul Hartley, SIOR.  “Ben, Dail, Paul and Dexter each completed outstanding years of production and exceptional delivery of commercial real estate expertise to their clients,” said Bruce Harper, President and Broker-In-Charge for the Columbia office.  “These top performers were joined by an overall strong performance from our entire team of brokerage professionals as overall transactional volume in 2014 grew 50% over 2013.  We continue to be honored to have the opportunity to work with our valued clients and look forward to expanding those relationships and delivering results in 2015,” commented Harper.
