NAI Avant announces statewide top producers and national recognition for 2016

NAI Avant recently held its 2016 Awards Banquet to recognize the outstanding achievements of its top brokerage producers in the Columbia and Charleston markets.
Ben Kelly, CCIM was awarded Top Sales Producer for the Columbia Office and Top Overall Producer for the entire company. Ben also received national recognition from NAI Global for his outstanding production in 2016, ranking as one of the top brokers internationally in the leading commercial real estate firm.
Senior investment broker Dail Longaker was awarded Top Individual Producer for the Columbia office, completing a notable portfolio investment sale valued at more than $20 million.
Dexter Rumsey was awarded the Top Overall Producer for the Charleston office and was also recognized for completing the largest land sale in the history of NAI Avant’s Charleston office, closing a $21 million sale. Top Leasing Agent in the Columbia office was awarded to Nick Stomski, SIOR. Stomski completed 64 transactions in 2016.

These top performers were joined by an overall strong performance from our entire team of brokerage professionals. We were pleased to recognize eight of our brokers as “Gold” producers (Ben Kelly, Dail Longaker, Dexter Rumsey, Patrick Palmer, Nick Stomski, Macon Lovelace, Roger Winn, and Thomas Boulware), six as “Silver” (Cam Kreps, Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken, Paul Hartley, Rob Lapin, and Gerald Steele), and three as “Bronze” (Peyton Bryant, Jeff Hein, and David Ingle).
