NAI Avant announce the top producers for the second quarter of 2016 for their Columbia office. The second quarter’s top producer is senior broker Benjamin Kelly, CCIM. “Ben is a consistent market leader in production and has over his career become a true expert in his field,” says Bruce Harper, President and Broker-in-Charge of NAI Avant’s Columbia office. Kelly specializes in Site Selection and Build-To-Suit for tenants/buyers, as well as owner representation for commercial development, large development tracts, commercial and investment sites, and buildings. Following Kelly, the top producers in order are Nick Stomski, SIOR, Macon Lovelace, Patrick Palmer, and Tombo Milliken.
