NAI Avant arranges ±3,490 SF retail investment sale at Clemson Road Bojangles’

NAI Avant Senior Brokers Nick Stomski, SIOR, Ben Kelly, CCIM and Patrick Chambers recently closed the investment sale of the Bojangles’ at 2800 Clemson Road. The ±3,490 square foot retail building was constructed in 2010 on the ±1.17 acre site. It is located along the high growth corridor of Clemson Road near Interstate 77. Stomski represented the seller, AREV, LLC, while Kelly and Chambers represented the buyer, Seafarer Associates, LLC. The property sold for $2,725,000.
