NAI Avant senior brokers, Dail Longaker and Dexter Rumsey, recently structured the sale-leaseback of the Half Moon Outfitters location at 2912 Devine Street in Columbia, S.C. Half Moon operates eight retail locations throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia and will continue to operate out of the Devine Street location, offering its innovative and wide ranging collection of outdoor equipment and clothing. The ±9,800 square foot retail building sold for $1,905,689.
