CHARLESTON, SC – David Ingle, Senior Broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently represented the tenant, Garden & Gun, LLC, in a lease expansion option in the Cigar Factory building in downtown Charleston. Garden & Gun, LLC, exercised their option to expand into Suite 220, adding an additional ±5,376 square feet to their original ±19,726 square feet of office space. Located at the corner of East Bay and Columbus Streets, the iconic Cigar Factory was recently acquired as a joint-venture with authentic mixed-use redevelopment plans offering sweeping views of the harbor, port and city skyline and including substantial on-site parking and green space. The space will serve as the headquarters for the Charleston-based Southern lifestyle magazine.
