NAI Avant arranges lease of Tin Lizzy’s Cantina and City Bar & Fondue

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior brokers, Patrick Palmer, CCIM and Rob Lapin, with the assistance of broker John Metts, recently facilitated the lease of over ±8,000 square feet of retail space within 700 Gervais Street in downtown Columbia, SC. The NAI Avant brokers represented the landlord, Southern Realty Development, in the lease of ±4,836 square feet to Tin Lizzy’s Cantina and ±3,589 square feet to City Bar & Fondue.
Founded in 2005 in Atlanta, Tin Lizzy’s Cantina is a unique taqueria offering a distinctive spin on tex-mex food which they call “FlexMex.” City Bar & Fondue will be a new martini bar and only fondue restaurant in the Vista. Both restaurants are expected to open this year upon completion of renovations to the current facilities.
