NAI Avant Arranges Long-Term Lease Expansion, Renewal of Interactive Intelligence Inc. in the Ikon Building

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant Senior Brokers, Roger Winn and Jeff Hein (top left and right), SIOR, recently represented Interactive Intelligence, Inc., in their long-term lease renewal and expansion at 7 Technology Circle in Northeast Columbia, SC.  Interactive Intelligence, Inc., is growing their existing office space by 5,800 square feet to now encompass over 11,000 square feet in the IKON Building.  Paul Hartley, SIOR, and Macon Lovelace (bottom left and right), both Senior Brokers with NAI Avant, represented the Landlord in the transaction.
