NAI Avant arranges office lease in the King and Queen building

David Grubbs, Managing Principal with NAI Avant’s Charleston office and broker Scott Peevy, CCIM, recently facilitated an office lease in the King and Queen building located at 145 King Street in Charleston, SC. The tenant, Second 50 Communities-Charleston, LLC, will occupy ±1,187 square feet of office space in Suite 102 of the building. Grubbs and Peevy represented the Landlord, King and Queen Company, in the transaction.
