The flex building includes ±8,210 SF of office and showroom space, as well as ±3,690 SF of warehouse space on ±3.7 acres. The tenant is Popeye Properties, procured by Lee & Associates Charleston. The property fronts Clements Ferry Road, a rapidly expanding commercial corridor, situated in close proximity to both I-526 and the Port of Charleston.
