NAI Avant senior brokers Dick Stanland, CCIM, SIOR, and Nick Stomski, SIOR represented the landlord, DWB Key Road Warehouses II, LLC, in the lease transaction of 1505 Key Road in Columbia, SC.
The industrial property is comprised of ±15,000 square feet and will be occupied by ADL Logistics. Founded in 1999, ADL Delivery is a family-owned and operated logistics company. At inception, ADL specialized in business to business parcel delivery and fleet replacement for the automotive distributor industry. Presently, ADL Delivery has expanded its services to include Truckload Deliveries, Less Than Truckload Deliveries, Pallet Deliveries, Break Bulk, Distribution and Warehousing services. ADL has also broadened our customer base to a wider range of businesses beyond the automotive industry.
