David Grubbs, Managing Principal with NAI Avant’s Charleston office and broker Scott Peevy, CCIM, recently facilitated an office lease in the First Citizens building located at 2170 Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston, SC. The tenant, North Charleston Housing Authority, will occupy ±8,112 square feet of office space in Suite 700 of the building. Grubbs and Peevy represented the Landlord, First Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Inc., in the transaction.
