CHARLESTON, SC – Thomas Boulware, CCIM, and Dexter Rumsey, both senior brokers with NAI Avant’s Charleston team, recently arranged the sale of an industrial facility located at 1007 Bankton Circle in Hanahan, SC. The building consists of ±19,480 square feet of industrial and office/flex space situated on approximately ±1.71 acres. Boulware and Rumsey represented the purchaser, John J. McDonald Trust, in the transaction valued at $925,000. Todd Garrett with Avison Young represented the seller, Bankton Drive, LLC.
