NAI Avant assists Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center in ±9,430 square foot expansion

Local Organization Opens First Mount Pleasant Location
NAI Avant announced that Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center has purchased the ±9,430 square foot building at 677 Long Point Road. Senior broker Thomas Boulware, CCIM, represented the buyer, and Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the seller, STORE Master Funding Vi, LLC, in the transaction.
Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center (formerly known as Dee Norton Lowcountry Children’s Center) is expanding from its current Downtown Charleston location at 1061 King Street, and will additionally occupy the entire building at 677 Long Point Road, beginning during the fall of 2017. Located just off of I-526, 677 Long Point Road will provide patients in the surrounding areas with convenient access to Dee Norton’s services.
