NAI Avant brings Long Point Commerce Center to complete occupancy

NAI Avant announced that senior broker Thomas Boulware, CCIM and broker Scott Peevy, CCIM have fully leased the Long Point Commerce Center, bringing the building to 100 percent occupancy. Boulware and Peevy represented the landlord, Milton F. Truluck Trust during the leasing process.
The 66,257 square foot, single-story building at 547 Long Point Road comprises a diverse tenant mix, which includes Steven Shell, LLC (furniture), Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning, LLC, Once Upon a Ballet, LLC (dance studio), Riverside Sports LLC (indoor multi-sport facility) VetFriends.com, LLC, Tribles, Inc. (HVAC), Black Optix Tinting LLC (Auto Tinting), A & Z Holistic Products, Inc. (pharma) and Two Blokes Brewing Company, LLC.
Constructed in 2007, Long Point Commerce Center is situated on 4.5 acres of land. The Class A flex building, remained mostly vacant through the recession and beyond, until it was purchased by new ownership in December 2014. NAI Avant was selected as the leasing agent during the spring of 2015, achieving full occupancy of the building during the fall of 2016.
“Flex and industrial space in the Mt. Pleasant submarket has been in very short supply in recent years,” said Peevy. “Along Long Point Road specifically, industrial/flex inventory is next to non-existent. Long Point Commerce Center has provided tenants with excellent accessibility and Class A build-to-suit space.”
