NAI Avant brings Murray Supply to Charleston with ±50,000 SF of space

NAI Avant announced that senior broker Thomas Boulware, CCIM recently facilitated a ±50,000 square foot (SF) lease for Murray Supply Company. Boulware represented the tenant in the transaction, while David Seay of Seay Development LLC represented the landlord, Yeros Investments LLC.
Founded in 1965, Murray Supply Company is a Winston-Salem-based plumbing supply company with several locations across the Southeast. With one other location in South Carolina, this new location is Murray Supply Company’s first facility in Charleston. The company will occupy the entire ±50,000 SF industrial building at 2509 Clements Ferry Road for its Lowcountry distribution center.
