NAI Avant brokers land sale in West Columbia to pediatric care provider

NAI Avant recently closed the sale of ±1.53 acres of land at 3618 Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia. The lot is located halfway between I-26 and I-20, boasting excellent visibility and proximity to the major interstates in the Midlands.
The land was purchased by South Carolina Pediatric Alliance for $425,000. South Carolina Pediatric Alliance is a merger of Palmetto Pediatric and Sandhills Pediatric. The South Carolina Pediatric Alliance brings together two high quality pediatric practices in order to gain efficiencies of scale, reduce costs, and improve care delivery. Both practices operate under their current names. Each of the individual practices within the South Carolina Pediatric Alliance will be separate “care centers.” The land was purchased to build the Newborn Wellness and Breast Feeding Center of the Midlands. The new facility will open in the summer of 2017
