NAI Avant Brokers Lexington, SC Land Sales

COLUMBIA, SC – August 13, 2008 – NAI Avant is pleased to announce that Ben Kelly, CCIM, a member of the firm’s Brokerage Services Group, recently brokered the following Lexington, S.C. land sales:
- Lexington School District I purchased a 91.96-acre future high school site on Corley Mill Road at Frye Road. The site was acquired from ML South Augusta, LLC for $3.3 million.
- BB&F LLC purchased a 1.66-acre site on Sunset Boulevard/U.S. 378 from Saluda Ridge, LLC for $1.13 million. A new 17,000-square-foot La-Z-Boy furniture showroom is planned for the site.
- Abberly at West Columbia, LLC purchased a 19.10-acre future apartment site, just off Hulon Lane at Two Mac Lane, for $2.8 million. The 290-unit Abberly Village is planned for the site.
