NAI Avant broker Peyton Bryant recently represented the seller, Christ Church of the Carolinas, Ltd., in the sale of ±5.03 acres of land for redevelopment. The land, located at 25 Bluebird Trail just off Columbiana Drive, is currently a church property including a ±4,062 square foot (SF) chapel with classrooms, a ±7,986 SF sanctuary, two portable buildings totaling ±4,212 SF, and a gravel parking lot. The land sold to Ace Auto Refinishing for $575,000. The sanctuary will be immediately converted to an automobile body shop.
