NAI Avant senior brokers Tom and Tombo Milliken represented the seller in the sale of ±1,593 acres of land in southeast Richland County. The property was sold by The Preserve on the Wateree River, LLC to South Carolina Timberlands for $2,477,552. The Preserve is a prime timber and recreational holding with more than 2 miles of frontage along the Wateree River.
